Away from the office, he’s a proud family man who enjoys hockey, golf, skiing, and discovering new food and wine experiences.
Eric brings both technical expertise and genuine care to every file he works on. A dedicated mortgage agent and underwriter, he focuses on structuring deals to set clients up for success while making the process as stress-free as possible. He’s approachable, thoughtful, and client-focused, always making sure clients feel supported throughout the mortgage process. Outside of work, he’s a proud family man with a young one at home, which fuels his commitment to helping other families secure the right mortgage solution.
With over 12 years of experience in the banking industry, Jass brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the team. As a fulfillment officer, she ensures a seamless client experience by organizing and reviewing documentation, maintaining compliance, and structuring files for success. Passionate about being apart of TopRankingMortgages team, she contributes her expertise with precision and care. Away from the office, she’s an athlete at heart, having once pursued a professional soccer career, and her energy and dedication show in every interaction.
