For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to help people. My introduction to the mortgage field came while studying biology at the University of Ottawa. I started out working for TD Bank in March of 2005 as a relief customer service representative and, over the course of fifteen years with the company, years grew into one of their leading mortgage specialists.
In 2019, with the vision of operating without borders and offering comprehensive mortgage options to my clients, I established TopRankinMortgages.
In the ten years, I have exclusively dealt with mortgages, the rate environment is lower, which has caused a more significant focus on home and real estate ownership. Policies and regulations have also gotten much tighter as a result.
My business philosophy is based on getting the job done, no matter what. I am a people person, and as such, I love dealing with people. I love helping them realize their financial goals, and the most rewarding part is when a deal closes.
As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my ultra-high level of organization, along with my honesty, humility, and cheerful nature. Making people laugh and enjoy the process while ensuring they have all the information they need is what I do.
I attribute my success to my consistent hard work and outside-the-box thinking that guarantees I can find you a mortgage no matter your circumstances.
Leaving TD Bank and becoming one of the top brokers in the country in only my first full year has given me immense satisfaction.
When I am not at work, I have a few different hobbies and interests. I enjoy playing hockey, golf, and skiing. I also love good wine and food. I never miss an opportunity to spend time with people, especially my family and my dog Dozer (he’s a super good boy and a Pitbull).
