On August 27, over a hundred golfers took over Camelot Golf & Country Club for our annual charity golf tournament, and together we raised $25,000 for the Senators Community Foundation. Thank you to everyone who came out, sponsored a hole, or helped make the day happen.
THE DAY, BY THE NUMBERS
- Sold out tournament
- $25,000 raised for the Senators Community Foundation
- Funds supporting front-line youth mental health services through the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre and the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa
- Winning foursome came in at an impressive -16
Golf For A Great Cause
This tournament has always been about more than a day on the course. A portion of every registration and sponsorship goes to the Senators Community Foundation, the charitable arm of the Ottawa Senators, and this year that donation is going directly toward front-line mental health support for youth through the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre and the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa. Real programs, real impact, funded by a day of golf.
18 Holes, a BBQ, and a Full Day of Contests
113 golfers ran the course in scramble format, with a BBQ lunch and dinner buffet in between. On-course contests kept things competitive all day, longest drive, closest to the pin, and the hole-in-one contests for a car courtesy of Mark Motors Group and $25,000 courtesy of All Insurance Ontario. Nobody drained the ace this year, but the winning foursome still put together a scramble score of -16 to take the top spot. The day wrapped with an after party and DJ at Condor Golf Lounge.

Thank You To Our Sponsors
None of this happens without the sponsors who backed the tournament, from the presenting sponsor down to every hole. Thank you to every one of you.
