• Register for the annual golf tournament, name, email, phone, and payment details, which are processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe, we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Browse our site, standard analytics data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location, collected automatically via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

We do not collect Social Insurance Numbers, banking credentials, or other sensitive financial documents through this website. Those are collected securely and separately once you begin a mortgage application with Sean Rankin directly.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your mortgage inquiry and provide the service you requested
• To process and confirm event registrations and payments
• To send you information you've asked for (e.g. a rate comparison, a registration confirmation)
• To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site and our business, each bound to keep your information confidential and use it only to provide their service to us:

• Stripe, processes event registration payments (PCI-compliant; we never see full card numbers)
• Netlify, hosts this website and processes form submissions
• Google, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads, for site analytics and advertising
• Smart Debt Mortgages / Mortgage Intelligence, our brokerage, for mortgage application processing once you proceed beyond an initial inquiry

We may also disclose information where required by law, to a regulator such as FSRA, or to protect our legal rights.

This site uses cookies from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site traffic and improve our content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still function, though some features may be limited.

How We Protect Your Information

All data submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Form submissions are stored in access-restricted systems used only by TopRankinMortgages staff to respond to your inquiry. Payment information for event registrations is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
